Unanswered request from the payment partner
Please log in to your payment partner’s account and make sure your account is active, and that there are no pending document verifications or KYC (Know Your Customer) required from your side.
Unanswered request from our legal team
Sometimes we request licenses or proof of rights for your music:
- If we receive a complaint from our partners after the upload;
- If we found matches with other tracks;
- If we notice artificial patterns in the listening history.
Please check the email linked to your account for any such requests.
