If you’ve received a request to confirm the rights to your music, this may be due to several factors. Most commonly, such requests are triggered when the track contains borrowed content — for example, samples from other works — or if the content appears potentially pirated.
In such cases, you’ll need to provide a document confirming that you are the legal owner of all rights to the track. Please reply to the request email or use the contact details provided in your account error message to submit a license or agreement file. We will review your response within five business days.
If you are the original author of the track and have not used any third-party materials, you can provide an alternative confirmation. Take a screenshot of your sequencer project with the visible date and submit it along with a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued ID).
If you believe the request was sent by mistake, please submit a request here or create one from your account under the "Support" section, and we will review your case.
