If you want to move your music to FreshTunes and keep all your track statistics (plays, playlist additions, audience data), it's important to follow these three key rules when uploading:
Use exactly the same metadata (track names, release title, artist names, credits, etc.).
Use exactly the same assets (audio and cover art).
Use the same UPC and ISRC codes that were already assigned to your release.
Create a new artist on FreshTunes and provide correct links to their pages on Apple Music and Spotify.
Upload the release, making sure the metadata, assets, and codes are identical to the original.
Once the release is approved and published on streaming platforms, wait 24 hours, then delete the release from your previous distributor.
Repeat this process for each release you wish to transfer to FreshTunes.
